§1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all current and future business relationships between SubjectSensei (hereinafter "Provider") and the user of the service (hereinafter "Customer").

§2 Subject Matter of the Contract

SubjectSensei provides an AI-powered sales intelligence and prospect research platform. The exact scope of functions is determined by the respective product description on our website.

§3 Contract Formation

The contract is formed upon the customer's registration and confirmation by the provider. The customer will receive a confirmation email after successful registration.

§4 Prices and Payment Terms

The use of basic functions is free. Premium functions are subject to charges according to the current price list. All prices include statutory VAT.

§5 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

§6 Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Further information can be found in our separate Privacy Policy.

§7 Limitation of Liability

The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless it involves the breach of an essential contractual obligation.

§8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with a reasonable notice period of at least six weeks. The announcement will be made by publishing the modified terms on our website, indicating the effective date.

§9 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and exclusive jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the provider's registered office.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
